To seek Baptism for either yourself or for your child is a very exciting thing. Baptism celebrates a new beginning as a member of Christ's body, the Church. When we come for Baptism we are saying "yes" to God's love and desire for us to belong to the community of God's people. Those who are baptised turn to Christ, affirming their commitment to the a belief in God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Children are unable to make such commitments, so when a child is baptised, Godparents make this commitment on behalf of the child. If you would like to be baptised or to bring your child to be baptised, please click the button below to send us your details. Yours in Christ’s Love Rev'd Tom Sullivan, The Rector of St Thomas' Church, Toowong
