Jamie and James were married at the spectacular Dalhousie Castle. In early October we are starting to feel the autumn chill in Scotland but the weather for the wedding was amazing and the autumn colours were really coming in.

Dalhousie is a great venue with so much history and so many quirks. There aren't that many places that have their own owl for ring deliveries during the ceremony.

While the happy couple were signing the schedule we were treated to a fantastic performance by the Edinburgh Gay Men's Chorus who sounded spectacularly good in the castle's chapel.

Of course, with sunsets being so early in the day now, we had to go out to do a sunset/twilight shoot in a field after dinner. Anyone who follows my work knows I love an evening photo shoot!

It was a fabulous day and I wish Jamie and James all the happiness in the world.
